Contact your local branch library to find out when their Book Club meets.
A wide variety of materials including books, large print books, recorded books and video recordings (VHS & DVD) may be borrowed from your library for a two-week period. All you need is a valid library card from any Georgia PINES library in the State of Georgia. You must have your library card with you in order to borrow materials from the library. Read about obtaining a library card here.
Code of Conduct

Computer & Internet Usage
All locations of the Flint River Regional Library System have computers with Internet access available for public use. These computers also have Microsoft Office and a variety of other software programs installed that will allow you to accomplish a variety of tasks. Anyone with a valid library card from any PINES library in the State of Georgia may use library computers. PINES policy states you must have your library card with you in order to use a library computer.
The Griffin-Spalding County Library also has a 3D printer available for public use. See the details here.
For items not available through PINES, limited borrowing from libraries outside of the PINES system may be attempted. For each item requested, there is a nonrefundable fee of $3.00, plus any fees charged by the lending library. The request must be placed at the branch where the item is to be picked up or used. There is a single two-week checkout period and the patron assumes full responsibility for any loss, damage, or failure to return interlibrary loan items. In-library use is required for some items.
For items not available within your local library, patrons may place online requests for materials owned by other PINES libraries throughout Georgia. Holds for audiovisual items are limited to those owned within the Flint River Regional Library System.
All residents of the State of Georgia are eligible for a PINES library Card. Click on the link above for more information.
